After-sales service programme and measures:


1.Regular tracking:Our company will contact the users regularly during the warranty period of the relevant products according to the user's file, inquiring about the use status and problems occurred during the period, providing reference suggestions to help the users and answering the relevant questions.


2. Feedback records: our company feedback on the user's feedback on the products provided by the company's problems and related information, recorded in detail in the user's file in the feedback record items, and make timely response.


3. Proactive contact: When the company provides products related events (technical improvements, preferential activities, etc.) occur, we will take the initiative to contact the user to understand the user's views, and provide appropriate services.


 


I. Warranty period service measures


1、Warranty period


We produce product quality warranty period (referred to as warranty period) for 12 months from the date of customer signing. 4、Warranty record
